Kelly was originally inspired to become a Sports Chiropractor after constant netball injuries in her teens. She saw a Chiropractor who was the only doctor to give her relief, putting her back together time after time (it was later that she realised maintenance care can prevent all that!). After these great personal experiences she decided this was the career for her and hasn’t wavered since.
Kelly spent the first few years of her career involved in many sporting teams and treated the players of the First Grade Cronulla Sharks NRL team. Since being pregnant and having kids of her own she has since developed a passion for family wellness, especially pregnancy and paediatric care (kidscare). She has up-skilled and certified in Pregnancy Care with the latest low force techniques–to allow all pregnant women a pain free pregnancy and a beautiful birth.
Kelly’s special focus is Pregnancy Care-“I enjoy the extra challenge of the ever changing pregnant body and the hormonal and structural changes it brings with it. I want to see pregnant women get more comfortable as their pregnancy progresses, not less comfortable like people tend to accept as‘normal’ ”. Kelly works closely with other local health professionals such as lactation consultants, pilates & yoga studios, acupuncturists, personal trainers, midwives etc so her patients get the best allround care.
Kelly uses a wide variety of techniques including Diversified, Thompson Drop, Flexion Distraction,Activator, Soft tissue therapies including Active Release Technique (ART) & Kinesio-Taping. She has also post graduate training in Musculoskeletal Acupuncture, nutrition advice, Logan Basic Technique, Webster technique & spinning babies certification for pregnancy and the low force Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT) including pelvic blocking and cranial work.
Kelly, her husband Dave & kids live in South Coogee and when not working enjoy playing, running and exploring the great outdoors.

After completing her psychology honours degree, Kara was drawn to chiropractic because of its natural and holistic approach to family healthcare. She has a special interest in caring for pregnant, postpartum, and paediatric patients, as well as those with headaches and chronic pain syndromes. To provide the best care, Kara has completed extensive training in pregnancy and postpartum care (BIRTHFIT and Spinning Babies), as well as Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation, a rehabilitation approach focused on ideal movement patterns and core stabilisation. Her holistic approach combines manual and instrument adjustments, soft tissue therapy, breathing techniques, and rehabilitative exercises.
Kara received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto, Canada, in 2014. Before migrating to Australia, she spent two months as a volunteer clinician in Botswana with the global charity World Spine Care. Since 2015, Kara has worked in clinics across New South Wales and is excited to be back in the Eastern Suburbs to support the health of local families.
When she isn’t delivering quality healthcare, you can find Kara training in the gym, listening to podcasts, cooking up a healthy meal, or catching up on North American sports.

Ruby began her chiropractic journey as a young kid, having played a lot of representative sport. She found that chiropractic not only helped minimise her injuries and pain, but in fact improved her overall performance as well. Since then, she has enjoyed treating all walks of life. Ruby sees the importance of chiropractic care for all family members, from bubs to grandparents and everything in between.
Since having her five children, including fraternal twins, the necessity for paediatric and pregnancy care has been reinforced beyond all belief. Ruby believes whole heartedly in the importance of Chiropractic care throughout pregnancy to minimise pregnancy associated ailments such as ligament pain & sciatica, as well as ensuring optimal pelvic and foetal positioning for ideal birthing. Her love for pregnancy, labour and birth has sparked her desire to complete further studies, currently completing her Midwifery degree.
Ruby has post graduate training in a number of gentle techniques, including Sacro Occipital Technique, Webster technique, Thompson Drop Technique, Activator Protocol, Logan Basic Technique and Flexion Distraction. As well as rehabilitative techniques; dry needling, Muscle Release Techniques, trigger point therapy, rigid and kinesio-taping and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA).
When she is not in the office, Ruby loves getting sweaty at the gym, escaping to her family’s farm in the Southern Highlands and making custom name bracelets (yes she’s crafty too!). Ruby is looking forward to treating the wonderful families of our local community.

Jenny has been interested in health and wellness from a young age, being exposed to alternative medicine through her mother; a TCM practitioner and acupuncturist. This sparked an interest to search for other alternative and holistic ways of care, leading her to Chiropractic. Jenny’s passion was ignited after her own personal experience with Chiropractic and how it helped her migraines. At its peak, Jenny was having 4 migraines a week, which left her incapacitated and bed bound. Her migraines disappeared after getting adjusted and they haven’t come back!
After graduating from Macquarie University with a Bachelor and Masters of Chiropractic Science, she has completed a variety of other courses including dry needling, exercise and rehab, Pregnancy and Paediatrics, Women’s Health and Hormones, Sacro-Occipital technique, and NET (Neuro-Emotional Technique). Jenny has a special interest in Women’s Health, Pregnancy and Paediatrics, Dural Balancing (SOT) and Neuro-Emotional (NET) release work.
During treatment, Jenny utilises a variety of these techniques, coupled with cranial work, muscle and jaw releases, vagal tone activation, manual adjustments, drop piece, and activator in order to give the best, tailored treatment to every individual.
Jenny believes in a holistic approach to the body and understands that issues we experience go beyond just the physical; they can involve the chemical and emotional which may also need help at times. Jenny’s treatment style holistically addresses the entire spine and focuses on calming and regulating the nervous system so we feel and function better internally and externally, giving us the ability to heal better and BE better
Outside of Chiropractic, Jenny likes to do reformer pilates, pole fitness, reading and going on hikes. Jenny also loves to travel and eat and has a huge list of restaurants she wants to visit.

A desire to understand health in all its facets began some twenty years ago and blossomed into a dedication to educate and inspire health potential. True altruism takes place when action is taken to further the welfare of another person without the anticipation of reward or recognition.
Maggie Godin began her pursuit by obtaining an Associates certification in the field of psychology. Although she was continuously inspired by the mind and internal medicine she felt a need to explore the ancient wisdom of acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. At Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego, California, Maggie was able to pursue this vision by earning her Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine to be an acupuncturist and herbalist.
Maggie is versed in many areas of health and health maintenance but is particularly experienced with women’s health and fertility. Helping women obtain their optimal health for fertility and thrive through pregnancy and birth has been a very large part of Maggie’s practice. She also regularly attends births as a doula and birth coach. She has worked in many private clinics throughout California and Sydney. Some of the highlights of her career in San Diego were working with hospice patients and paediatric oncology and chronic pain patients at Rady Children’s Hospital. In Sydney she was grateful to first make a home at the IVF support clinic under Jane Lyttleton.
Maggie achieved Australian Citizenship in 2015 and lives in the east with her husband and kids. Serving the community by helping families and individuals achieve their best health is part of her daily joy.
